Machelle Berry is the Founder and CEO of 360 Investing Group, previously known as 360 Investment Group, LLC. Machelle is also a Real Estate Developer, a Songwriter and a Licensed Auto Dealer. She has worked with ASCAP, Songwriter Guild of America, BMI, Lexus, BMW and several other successful companies. Machelle is no stranger to hard work and dedication. Her priorities of paying attention to detail, meeting deadlines and setting goals have helped her reach success.  

At the age of 10,  Machelle’s experience with establishing a sense of structure, goals and deadlines came with the beginning of her athletic career. Starting with martial arts and later branching out to basketball. She developed a sense of determination and competitiveness that honed her skills of working hard to reach her potential. Also, maintain objectives, pay attention to detail and stay motivated for a good challenge. Coming from a musical family experienced in performing she also developed a love of poetry.

 At the age of 15 she was introduced to song writing via her passion of poetry. Consequently a famous artist, enamored by one of her poems taught her how to make a “bridge”. Satisfied with her addition of the bridge he then purchased the poem turned song.

At the age of 19, after purchasing her first piece of property, and entering the Cars’ business everything came together quite beautifully. Machelle began to build her Real Estate portfolio and manage her own investments, as well as maintain and often surpass the objectives of the corporations she worked for. She was also completing college and a member of the basketball team. Ambition, excellent time management along with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations are skills that very familiar to Machelle. 

In 1998 Machelle opened a recording studio that managed and showcased artists, as well as scouted for talent. 

In 2002 She opened a pre-owned car dealership, a line of business that she continued until 2010. 

Building, Developing, Remodeling and Flipping properties brings her true joy. Machelle’s love for real estate and respect for humans with a vision has lead her to her current path in life. Having a good eye for people who are visionaries and trailblazers called her to become an angel investor.
